PRICES
Prices and terms stated within supersede all previous quotations and are subject to change without notice. Prices listed do not include freight charges. California residents add 7.25% sales tax.
ORDERING
Telephone orders are recommended in order that questions may be asked pertaining to the merchandise desired. This helps to insure the correct parts will be shipped per vehicle application. If orders are placed by mail please use catalog part numbers and include full name, shipping address, phone number and method of payment desired. Please verify part numbers when ordering to ensure proper part will be shipped.
PAYMENT TERMS
Payment will be made by PayPal (which includes Master Card, VISA, AMEX, and Discover charge cards), money order or certified check. Charge card orders must include card number, expiration date, security code and persons or business name as shown on card. A billing address and shipping address are required to complete a purchase.
BACK ORDERS
Unless otherwise advised, all back orders will be shipped upon availability. Claims for order shortages or discrepancies must be made within 48 hours after receipt of shipment.
SHIPPING
Customer is responsible for freight charges on all goods. Unless otherwise requested, all orders will be shipped United Parcel Service (UPS) Ground or the most economical way. Claims for goods damaged in transit must be made directly to the freight company. Silva's Wire and Rods is not responsible for making claims. UPS will not deliver to a Post Office Box.
LIABILITY
Liability on defective merchandise is limited to the replacement of the defective item only. Silva's Wire and Rods is not liable for labor costs, items purchased elsewhere for replacement, injury, damage or loss related directly or indirectly to the use or installation of our products.
RETURNS
Items to be returned must be authorized before doing so. Returns without proper authorization will not be accepted. Customer is responsible for shipping costs on all merchandise returns. All returns may be subject to a maximum 20% handling charge unless due to our error. Please do not attempt to return parts which have been used, altered, tampered with, disassembled or damaged while in your possession. No returns shall be made after 30 days from the shipping date.
BUSINESS HOURS
Normal business hours are from 8:00 - 5:00 o'clock Pacific time, Monday through Friday. All major holidays are observed in addition to being closed from Christmas through New Years day.
Warranty
Items to be returned for warranty reasons must be authorized before doing so. Items returned without proper authorization will not be accepted. Customer is responsible for incoming shipping costs on all warranty returns. All returns must be accompanied by a copy of the original invoice. Warranty merchandise will be repaired or replaced at our discretion, and only after our inspection and determination that the failure was due to faulty parts or workmanship.
All products from Silva's Wire and Rods are thoroughly inspected and tested. We fully guarantee all materials and workmanship to be free from mechanical defects for a period of one year from the date of purchase. Upon our review, any product that is found to be defective will be promptly repaired or replaced at our discretion.
This warranty is null and void if product failure is a result of misapplication, improper use, accident, poor or lack of required maintenance, nor are any other warranties valid, expressed or implied, written or oral.
This warranty is null and void if the product is altered or disassembled in any way. A copy of the original invoice must accompany any item for warranty.
Silva's Wire and Rods is not liable for labor, special or consequential damages, freight costs and under no circumstances any charges in excess of the invoice amount of the product proven to be defective.
